I’m at that age in life (27, yaaaas) where many of my friends are getting married or (and) having babies. I am absolutely loving this since I carry around a camera the majority of the time, and I’m all about these moments. Friends Adam & Rachael asked me for a maternity photography session before their wee one arrives in March, and I’m hella excited to share these. It was right around 15* when we walked around these trails on Saturday morning, but both of them were troopers and I’m super pleased with how this session turned out. More people should book sessions in the snow…its perfection!
Rachael’s wardrobe gave me heart eyes for days.
Look at those two, making things steamy! 😉
I love these bundled up ones we took at the end of our session — I’m sure they did too, finally feeling a bit warm!
I spent a lot of time in hibernation this year, and I’m constantly trying new things and working creatively this year. I love the hard shadows & highlights in these last two: such a different style than I normally portray, but Rachael was the perfect model willing to try anything. I’m glad we did because I love these!
Oh, you two.
