Our summers aren’t complete without taking advantage of Michigan’s premiere golf courses. Of course, this Whittaker Woods wedding ensued. Steph and Beau make an amazing couple: they’re intelligent, carefree, and really really good-looking. They hail from Chicago, and we spent an autumn day focusing on their engagement session helping us to seamlessly tell their story on their wedding day. CUE WEDDING DAY.Â
Adam spent the morning on the green with the groom and his guys, and I spent my mornings just how I like it: surrounded by excited ladies, gorgeous jewelry, and fabulous mimosas.
If being a bride was as easy as she makes it look…
PLEEEEASE, GIRL.
A normal groom’s to-do list: ironing pocket squares.
Steph and Beau planned their First Look at the Four Winds Casino…
…just close enough for an audience. đ
After their First Look, we met up with the bridal party (and florist) at the beach for portrait time. Summer along Lake Michigan just never gets tiring.
Can we take a second and adore her bouquet? GORG.
Oh, sweet love.
(I mean, we can’t just put her veil in the sand?!?!)
Let’s bring in that bridal party!
We photographed several weddings this past season with large bridal parties. And sometimes, bigger is totally better.
This canopy walkway was perfect, and I could’ve stayed there all day.
Ceremony time!
BE MARRIED.
I was a weeee bit obsessed with their cake. A dessert spread like this? Mmm, mm, mmmm.
Cigars on the terrace? Pretty damn classy wedding favor.
We were so eager for your wedding and look fondly on it now! Wishing you sweet memories, adventure, and love as you continue this journey as a married couple!
